Brennan, New York City’s Special Narcotics Prosecutor, announced today the sentencing of ACKQUILLE POLLARD to seven years in prison and five years post-release supervision for Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree in Manhattan Supreme Court.

On September 9, 2016, POLLARD, aka “Bobby Shmurda,” NICHOLAS MCCOY, aka “Flea Montana,” and CHAD MARSHALL, aka “Rowdy Rebel,” together pleaded guilty to Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (gun possession conspiracy).
